When Gerry Cumiskey a journalist for the
Correspondent, Texas Bureau Associated press is sent to the town of Mountain Springs
Texas, he finds the town of little interest. But that is not why or what he is
to report on. Just exactly why are a large crowd gathered in the town bearing
banners such as Render Under Caesar?
This is a story that keeps the reader in
suspense and mystery to what the story is actually about. Although I do admit I
did guess the ending it did not disappoint me and I still enjoyed the story.
This may only be a very short story, I read it in around fifteen minutes but it
is a very well told story that does leave you wanting to find out more about
the characters.
